RETURN POLICY

• Restocking fee: No restocking fee applies to returns.

Exchanges

• Exchange availability: Exchanges are available on eligible items.
• Exchange window: 14 days.

Refunds

• Refund processing time: Refunds are processed within 7 days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Product condition: Both defective and non-defective items are eligible for return within the standard 14-day return window described above.
• Items delivered damaged: If your item arrives damaged, you may request an exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Exchange shipping cost: For exchanges of items delivered damaged, return/exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for using a traceable shipping method.
• Customers are responsible for the shipping cost for exchanges.
• Original shipping costs, including return shipping costs, are non-refundable.
